Technical provision and hosting

The hosting provider necessarily receives your IP address when you request a page. According to IONOS product information, visitor data is anonymised immediately upon collection. Data includes the previous page (referrer), requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP address to determine the access location.
Processing supports provision, security and stability. Necessary personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in secure operation. IONOS receives the data necessary for hosting. Its product information states that this visitor data is not shared with third parties or transferred outside the EU.
Visitor data retention according to IONOS product information: 8 weeks. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS.
Cookies, local resources and hosting statistics
The website code sets no cookies and integrates no additional analytics or marketing services. Fonts, images and JavaScript are served through our hosting. No external videos, maps or social-media content are embedded.
If you explicitly select light or dark mode, we store only this preference under “isar-color-mode” in your browser’s local storage. It preserves your chosen appearance across page visits, is not used for tracking and is not transmitted to us. It remains until you select “Automatic” or clear your browser data. Automatic mode stores no preference. This storage serves solely the display feature you expressly request (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
IONOS describes standard WebAnalytics statistics for webhosting. This website embeds no analytics pixels; hosting access logs may form the statistical basis. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics uses no cookies and anonymises IP addresses immediately after transmission. Evaluation serves statistics and technical optimisation. Any personal data processed for this purpose relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in a technically reliable service. We use no additional analytics functions.

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Contractual or pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding.
We use Microsoft 365 Business with Exchange Online to receive, send and store email. This includes processing email addresses, names, message contents, attachments and technical sending and receiving data. Recipients include Microsoft as a service provider, in particular Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, and its subprocessors. Processing on our behalf is governed by the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA).
Microsoft may transfer data to third countries, particularly the USA, including through support access. Microsoft provides contractual safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Processing exclusively within Europe is therefore not guaranteed. The applicable contractual terms and further information are accessible through the following links.
We retain correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, fulfil a contract. We then delete it unless statutory retention duties or legitimate grounds, particularly establishing or defending claims, require otherwise. Contact details are voluntary; without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to handle an enquiry.
Email links open your own email application. The website stores no form entries and sends no messages automatically.

Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of personal data (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us using the address above.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR: where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We then stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or processing serves legal claims. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or suspect an infringement (Article 77 GDPR). In Rhineland-Palatinate this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 30 40, 55020 Mainz, Germany.
This website performs no automated decision-making, including profiling, with legal or similarly significant effects.
